The 11th annual River Forest Collegiate Invitational will be Friday/Saturday, September 10 & 11 -- with RFTC as the host/primary site (additional matches will be played down the street at OPTC). The event is completely free and open to the public, so feel free to invite anyone to stop by.
Please be sure to come on out and watch the best tennis RFTC will see all year! Because of COVID, this year we're not offering complementary housing in our members' homes -- which normally is a great attraction for coaches and players. Regardless, thanks to the Club's support and hospitality over the years, players and coaches absolutely love coming to our event and almost universally consider it their favorite weekend of the season.
Court Use: All of the RFTC courts will be in use on Friday and Saturday (9/10 and 9/11) beginning at 8 a.m.
The teams will play all of their doubles matches on Friday morning and then a round of singles in the afternoon. The event will conclude with the final two rounds of singles on Saturday, and we expect it to wrap up by 5 or 6 pm.
Courts will reopen for member use first thing on Sunday morning!
*All of these are D-1 tennis programs with the exception of WashU, which is a perennial Top 10 D-3 program.*
