General Policy

The use of the Club is for members and their guests only, and is governed by the board of directors.

The tennis season shall extend from about April 15 to October 31, providing the courts and facilities are ready as determined by the club manager. The pool shall be open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, conditions permitting. Daily court play will begin at 7:00am, court conditions permitting. No club property shall be removed from the clubhouse or grounds at any time.

Parents shall be responsible for the conduct of their children at the club. The membership of the club includes active, junior active, senior patron, associate, family, non-resident classes and privilege holders and their privileges as members are defined in the by-laws.

Tennis and swimming privileges for members designated as privilege holders may be granted on an annual basis by the board of directors on the recommendation of the privilege holder committee. The fee schedule, the number on each classification, and the rules and regulations governing privilege holders shall be established yearly by the board of directors, with due consideration to the anticipated use of the courts and pool by club members. The board of directors may discontinue the privileges of a privilege holder at any time during the season.
